Ruzanna Avetisyan is a Marriage Family Therapist with an extensive training and experience working with children and families for over 15 years. She is a firm believer that every individual has the power to continuously improve all aspects of their life simultaneously. The main ingredient is the mind and body connection while being aware and consistent with how we apply our thoughts, feelings and behaviors to our relationships.
Ruzanna has a healing style that is distinct in that it focuses on individual’s strengths rather than weaknesses, avoiding labeling altogether. She uses various techniques and applies multiple concepts / theories from Gestalt and Psychodynamic to more Cognitive Behavioral and Narrative to achieve progress that is unique to each individual based on his or her upbringing, culture, temperament, and belief system.
